Here are the reception details.
Sunday, 25 May 2025, 10:30am - 1:30pm
Outdoor brunch reception at the neighborhood beach access lot (two doors down from the Aiken residence.) Please arrive no later than 10:15 am to ensure you are there to witness the bride & groom’s first entrance as a couple! We will dine under the tent (rain or shine) so dress accordingly. Semi-formal attire requested, flat shoes recommended.
Timeline of events
10:30 am Bride and groom will make their big entrance in the tent. 10:40 am Cutting the wedding cake & singing happy birthday to Julie 10:45 am Blessing the couple, the guests, and the food 10:45 am Brunch buffet 11:45 am Open Roast (friends & family can give speeches to or about the couple) 12:30 pm Bride & Groom’s first dance 12:45 pm Socializing and walks on the beachGuest Parking & Shuttle at Keewahdin Elementary School

All guest must park at Keewahdin Elementary School, there is a shuttle bus that will be taking wedding guests to and from the reception between 9:45am and 1:30pm. If you do not want to wait for the shuttle, the school is 1/4 mile from the Aiken residence and is an easy and safe walk on Lakeshore Terrace.
Please DO NOT park on Park Street, C Street, or Desmond Beach as these parking spots will be reserved for vendors and the wedding party. Before and during the wedding reception, the Aiken residence will only be open to the wedding party, no exceptions.
